1. Service

321Zukunft.com sells qualified contact requests ("leads") from homeowners to installers. Shared leads are sold to a maximum of 5 companies; exclusive leads to one company only.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown per lead and charged at checkout. Leads are delivered to your buyer portal immediately after payment.

3. Lead replacement policy

A lead is eligible for free replacement or credit if the phone number is invalid, the contact is outside the agreed region, or the data is demonstrably false — reported within 7 days via your portal.

4. Buyer obligations

Buyers must contact leads only for the stated purpose and comply with GDPR and the UWG, including honouring any withdrawal of consent.

5. No guarantee of conversion

We provide qualified contact details, not guaranteed sales.
